Efferalganmed Paracetemol contains paracetamol and may be used to relieve pain and fever e.g. headaches, flu-like conditions, toothache and other aches and period pain.

Dosage

• 500 mg tablets are intended for adults and children over 27 kg.
• You may take this medicine with or without food.
• 1 tablet 500 mg, 1 to 4 times a day.
• Do not take in larger amounts than advised. Usage should never exceed the recommended daily maximum dosage limit of 4 grams in a 24-hour time period.

• This product contains paracetamol.

• Nausea,
• Vomiting (up to 15%),
• Abdominal pain,
• Diarrhea,
• Constipation,
• Enlarged abdomen,
• Skin rashes,
• Dry mouth,
• Fatigue.

N.B: This medication should not be used in patients with severe liver disease.
