It contains per 5mls Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 5mg, Promethazine 2.5mg, Ephedrine hydrochloride 7.5mg, Ammonium hydrochloride 90mg, and Sodium citrate 45mg. Tricohist is indicated for the relief of colds and flus, stuffed up noses, runny noses, hay fever, sneezing, watery eyes, congested airways, irritating coughs and chesty coughs.
